I'm not sure if those references will be frowned upon here, but I don't recall ever anyone posting pictures of a real naked woman, so be careful, haha.

I dont think people would- however many people visit this site at work in front of other people, at home infront of wives and kids, etc. The human form is something we all study, just some areas of society don't look highly when people are viewing images on the internet like this :P With a title like "rambo" one would expect to see this (http://www.emocha.net/wp-content/uploads/2008/01/user32031179353953pl7.jpg). While the images are tasteful, i think providing an url link to them works just as well.

Base mesh looks like a decent start, the toso seems a pinch out of proportion though; from the breasts to shoulders, and down to hips.

Man, we all like boobs and are all adult enough to realize that it's the human form...us 'people' are well over it, but your HR manager or some other 'non artist' might not have the same view. Just slap NSFW in the title so EA employees can look at this too, alright? :)

Base is looking pretty good man. I feel as though the hips should come out a bit more, but tha tmight just be me - i don't think there's anything technically wrong with what you've got.

The head is very rough and it's a little embarrassing... mostly focusing on the body for now.
