Zbrush Pixelated

I'm experimenting with thumbnails similar to what James Jones did in his demo, but when I start to paint there's some sort of noise making the image speckled with white dots.

Does anybody know how I can resolve this problem?

Managed to resolve the problem Prefs>performance>multidraw(off)
