color picker for photoshop cs 2

I was wondering if there is a stand alone app that can be used as a color picker. Soemthing free would be nice. :D I found this but I'm wondering if there is anything better.

http://www.colorpicker.com/ I can use this to pick colors quicker. I did find that there is a plugin for photoshop cs 2 but it's mac only.

that's the only one i know of....however, it has a problem with straight black and white.
