Ok, wasn't sure where to post, but I think it fits in here more.


If someone of you loves making lowpoly plane models
and
loves flight_simulations_


then this could be interesting for you

European Air War (EAW) was made by Microprose years ago, but there is a code group which is still working on the source code

A few days ago they have released their latest unofficial patch 1.28c for the game

Over the last few month I've wrote this maxscript toolbox to import and export models for this game. There is also a tutorial on how to use the tools and additional links to further info.

Hey, nice one rollin, I didn't know you did scripting too - impressive :)

I don't mod EAW myself (although I do own the game - haven't played in years), but it's cool that you've put together this package.

Might be fun to make an F-22 and code it to act like the real plane, and then see just HOW much havok one could have wreaked in the 40's...
