My first time here in the forum and in Dominance Wars..
I'm just a student who likes to draw alot, and i really enjoyed this contest, so i decided to try something!
I hope you guys can gimme some suport, i'm just trying to increase my skills here :) Maybe in the future i'll be able to make some difference.

i'm thinking about a demon lord or prince.

#1 Demon lord type, brutal style
#2 Demon lord, i dont like it , looks like a dragon
#3 demon Prince
#4 same as 3
#5 Demon lord
#6 Demon Prince with warlord look
#7 Demon Prince with spider legs or smthing like that
#8 Polycount demon of total d00m

I like #6 but it's difficult to say since he doesn't have a lower body. I think #1 and #3 have the potential if you added more detail and form to them. Post some more thumbs with entire bodies, it's difficult to give crits on a character your creating when they are missing half their body design (unless that's how the design is intended).

i liked #1 and #3 too.. 6 i just added more detaisl then the others :]

I really liked the last snake-demon sketch...
You could add some skin/tissue stuff to it's back, like a naga or a jurassic park dinosaur like this one

tried something digital now.. just to add some colors.. tomorrow i'll try new charactrs, dont want to get stucked on this guys only..

Agreed I like the feel of the snake one as well. Don't worry about comments too much they will come. Keep in mind there are like 7 pages worth of entries to go through plus people are working on their own stuff. :) Keep it up :)

Yes I prefer snake thingy rather than big guy.

Also those bat-greentooths are cool, snake guy should have one of them as an avatar :p

yea the snake thing is much more impressive looking
i still suggest u keep things at a smaller scale at first, just to push around different ideas

I kinda like the big guy, however I think we're going to see a lot of those.. maybe the snake would stand out better? keep going, plenty of time to keep plugging away at thumbs before settling on an idea.. usually if you keep going past the first few, some much more original stuff starts to appear
