Room and all props about 8K tris, I could lower that if needed.
Around 5mb of textures.
20-25 hours within a one week timeline.
Comments and critiques welcome. I graduate in 6 months so if anyone wants an aspiring environment artist that can't get enough of this shit, hit me up.
EDIT: Help me out here, I wasn't sure if I liked the original lighting, I tried to go with some more contrast.

Color of the lighting looks better in the second one personaly.
One thing i notice, is the light radius around the light bulbs is super small and sharp, which is strange. Bigger radius with a greater fade value would help that out. Also, i think the walls and the ceiling need a bit more contrast, given the direction of all of your lights (outside and inside).
If it's a level, were the rest of the room?

I have a couple of different versions saved because I've heard both sides of the spectrum from the people I usually ask. No one likes that original.
I agree with the light rings, it's something that I'm not really sold on either and I agree there, but I'm working on it. The rings themselves are being a pain in the ass, they either appear or don't appear, can't seem to change a setting that will make them happy.
I'm not sure I agree about the walls entirely. I could see adding some grime cards to add contrast to the tiles, but the version that you like is washed out with yellow light and makes everything look the same, that's why I changed the lighting.
As far as the rest of the Level. This is the first room of three rooms in a hallway in one of three buildings. It's a WIP ;)

Commander_keen's ubER paint over hits the nail on the head when I talk about contrast. Use the shadows to create the contrast, to give it a more epic feel.
