borough market would be a good place to hit for lunch one day, there's such a variety you wont know what to choose.
In fact i'll be going there for lunch today :P It's easy to get there from London Bridge tube.
Also they do chocolate brownie mountains :D

Try Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square and the whole Soho area by nighttime. I am not a nightlife guy but that area just makes me want to stay up till dawn. Plus, if you've seen the PS3 Getaway demo you get to see it in real-life and forget tri counts and shaders for a while.
Chinatown was also cool because I went in there by mistake while looking for another place. I didn't even know there was one in London.
Damn, I miss all of it. Except the food.

Tate modern, the science museum and the natural history museum are all pretty damned cool.
Oh, and don't listen to Mongrelman.
If anyone fancies grabbing a pint in the east end, let me know. Or anywhere really, it's just that I like the east end, so I'm hoping to influence things :D

I'll see if Ghib (who is admittedly a polycounter-lite) is coming along, I've been planning to meet up with him for ages.
Alright, what about meeting up around Old Street/Hoxton Square on saturday? Then we can still decide whether we want quiet drinks or drunken disco karaoke.
Katz: would that work for you and any other splashy fellows as well? Oh, invite Aubrey for me as well, would you?
edit: Let's say around 8/9pm? Maybe earlier if there are concerns about getting back home?

edit: any idea why it won't embed?
Anyway, here's a regular link: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&geocode=&q=Hoxton+Square,+London,+Greater+London,+N1,+UK&sll=51.500152,-0.126236&sspn=0.436845,0.884399&ie=UTF8&ll=51.528023,-0.081325&spn=0.006822,0.013819&z=16
Hopefully that'll work.
So, that's Hoxton Square. Might be a good place to start, as there's lots nearby. I suggest we meet up outside of a place called 'Tapas', because it isn't too crowded there usually, and it's pretty brightly lit. Here's a picture of the outside:

If I know how many people are coming, I could make reservations, but I suppose you'd mostly like to just check out different places, rather than stay in one spot?

So, let's say 8.30pm then? 8-9 pm was a fair bit too vague, heh.
See you guys there. Oh, and tell Tim to come along! The more the merrier, and all that.
