som stupid props I did. Both have diffuse/specular, but no normal yet. O and both are using 512 textures

ok well some new and old stuff.
Ive been working with pencil for school
and 3d as hobby. I hope to get good enough some day to earn a job
current wip is a high poly ak-47 shortened version. I then will model low ply and try and normal map it
wall texture practice
in source engine think these were just diffuses

o also I was doing some speed work in ue3. Was just setting a scene up and then lighting it in under an hr

should experiment with different colored lights in those unreal scenes to add a dynamic look :)

ya I did in a few. Like the oriental one I have some orange lights to contrast the blue ones.
but ya for like the sci fi maybe cranked up the red a bit more. They were just quick time killers, usually before class or something
these look really good, looks like youve got a good handle on the engine, just need to see more of your stuff in there :) the music room is looking good but there dont seem to be shadows?

no was just a viewport screenshot. so if u pull bcak that far they go away.
I have been fighting finals and working lately, but finals end tomorrow so more time for learning maya/unreal.
O i forgot to post the level I made. my 1st dive into level design, aside from looking around in ue2

so here is my progress so far. Im not going to hand it in, just for practice.
so far ive modeled it. Did a semi high poly model and normal mapped it. Also started the wood texture, the blue texture, and started laying with the window... but not liking it
suggestions are most welcome and will be appreciated

some more progress on my ak-47 shortened rifle hi poly. Still not done, but getting closer
flashlight. I made for normal mapping practice. Didnt texture yet.
was bored and was working on this kinda futuristic store front. I really didnt get much done and doubt it will be finished
those little planes on either side of door would be light rays if I finished it.

new char. going for a kinda comic bookish look. just basic color so far though.

o also now that my semester is over im going to tackle the splash damage art test (not to submit, but for practice)
