video seems clear to me. Maybe a "here's a tool I made" at the beginning would be good. A bit obvious but its good to say imo.

very good tutorial, but I agree with TWilson it would of been nice to see what the tool does.

I think it works OK as an intro to the tool. But I agree you need to say something like "I built this, because the existing setup was very time-consuming" or somesuch. Sell it!

It might help to compare it to the existing vanilla toolset, like start with a rundown of the shortcomings of the previous toolchain, list the goals/achievements of your new tool, show a couple pretty pictures of the end result (3d and 2d), then show your tool in action (what you have now).

Ross I think you should take the time to introduce yourself, and the tool. Not everyone is going to understand how useful this tool can be if you don't. Looks very cool.
