These dudes are coo. I'd take some polys out of the head and add them to the arms/shoulders/back.

Personally, I'd recommend making his teeth through alpha masks, rather than using extra polys, as you are now doing. You should be able to get a pretty good effect that way, while saving quite a few polys for other areas. Also, I think you might need to do a little edge turning here or there. I'm noticing the forearms particularly.

Pretty tight, I dig it. I second Kain's idea with the alpha mask for the teeth. Keep it up dood...lookin forward to seein a textured version

I went with planes for the teefs and did a lot of edge turning/optimization. First pass on gun, what say you guys?
