HMV - Games now?!

Anyone know when this happened? I just went to HMV to check how their metal selection was faring, and to see if they had any good movies in, and now they suddenly have a video game section. Seemed to just have PS2, Xbox, and PSP stuff. When did that happen?

Though it is great to see that entertainment stores like HMV are taking up video games. /images/graemlins/laugh.gif

that's odd, HMV have had a games section over here since ... well, since i first remember the big stores actually opening i think. Can't quite remember buying 8-bit games from one, but definitely Amiga games ... or was that Virgin? Nope, pretty sure it was HMV

they've not had games in the vancouver area. I think they decided to here cause they took over a virgin megastore and it's been mostly unused space last time I was there. I've been suprised with HMV at times finding stuff I don't expect to find. granted I pay more than I want to for things.

We don't even have HMV in this country.. I don't think.. heh, you funky canadians... I looked it up on wikipedia.
