I really want to apply but I haven't learned zbrush yet and so I have no normal maps. Should I give it a shot anyway?

Pretty much all of our contracts are "next gen" these days so you should have some stuff in your portfolio that includes normal and specular maps. If you are applying for an environment artist position, Zbrush is not a big deal but it is practically mandatory for a character artist to know Zbrush these days.
Hi AstroZombie. I was wondering if you thought my skillset was good enough to bother applying. I don't mind if you are harsh I just want to know what you guys want to see so any feedback would be useful to me. I'm interested in the Enviornment or Vehicle Artist position.
