Hi everyone, trying to improve my zbrush skills and also find a suitable base mesh topology to start my heads from. They're only faces as the current project I'm working on it only makes sense as the rest of the head is covered. I don't think I have a topology I'm quite happy with, but I'm deffinitly getting there. Crits are welcome, though I don't think I'll be improving these specifically.

Looks very nice to me. And it's nice to see that I'm not the only one who pronounces "Z" the proper way. /images/graemlins/laugh.gif Zed-Brush all the way!

If you have to add extra letters you are clearly not pronouncing a single letter anymore.
Good stuff. That torso looks pretty good retleks, but Im not sure about the bicep/pectoral connection there.
Oh and er, why would someone in Atlanta pronounce it 'Zed'?!

Thanks everyone! I actually don't pronounce it "zed" ever, but I get a chuckle when I hear it said that way cause why not just say "Z"? Is it a regional thing like "bugger" or "eh", if so I might just end up letting it into my common vernacular.

haha. "Zed" and "haych." These are 2 of my favorite little quirks to the way my girlfriend talks. She is just a litttleee bit british. hehe.

This is not the place for that! err.. yea
I realised that what looks a little off on the torso is that the pectoral muscle seems to flow into the middle of the bicep, but it should probably flow underneath it If i remember correctly.

You are correct there. The point of these models was to find a good base mesh to start with. I took the body to a certain level and decided that what I had was not working so I'm going a different direction now... as for the heads this is what I'm going to be using now.

Oh no, we don't want to turn this into a "nipples in yo face!" thread.
