Tempted to delve back into the fun world of custom windows themes. Willing to go a lot of different directions with the looks, but that's not my concern. What I'm worried about is how the themes will eff with my apps. I know the last time I did something like this (a comp or two ago) it screwed with XSI and didnt seem to like the fact I run a dualscreen setup that occassionally is changed to a single-monitor setup.
So.. what do you guys recommend?

Neowin Multi-patcher (http://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=140707) should do the trick.
I sent Hawken a pretty lengthy PM on this last week but it seems I can't access it. Hopefully he'll stop by and paste it here.

THe Neowin patche is the best out htere, but I do recommend you also instal then uninstall StyleXP from TGTsoft FIRST -that's the easiest way to get a bunch of test themse onto your PC.
The forums at Neowin are also the best place to get quality themes. DeviantArt.com has great stuff too.
