Came across this little gem of a game through the 4chan torrents page. Been playing it nonstop.. it's great fun, and a rather long game too! /images/graemlins/grin.gif

yeah its awesome..i got a lot of people at mythic to play.. i love the weapons.. i just wish you could power them up more.. really fun.

That's a great little game. I could do without all the gabbing though and I wish the controls were a wee tighter and not so slippery. I really miss games like these. It seems you have to go handheld for any publisher to believe this kind of gameplay is marketable.

Made it to the Final Cave (back when the english translation was released) but didn't get any further. The machinegun at lv.3 rocks, the recoil can be used as a jetpack.

I am stuck when I have to destroy the red flowers (in the sandzone?) /images/graemlins/frown.gif Any hints?

I don't remember dealing with any red flowers in the sand zone, have you brought all the dogs back yet?

Yep pretty much right after that 'endboss' that came after the dog sequence.
I have no idea what to do now /images/graemlins/frown.gif

Did you go to the warehouse and get the sword?

Anyways i love this game. Im on the last Secret dungeon(hell) and its prob the most difficult level i have ever layed my hands on. im been stuck there for almost a week. i manage to reach the boss with minimal health and everytime he changes his attack pattern i die lol...slowly but surely im sure i will kill him one day

Just beat it, what a fantastic game. I almost feel guilty for having enjoyed a free game this much. It turns out though that I missed some of the cooler weapons and a whole secret dungeon. Plus I think I got the very worst ending. Curly died... *sniff*

All the same, I give it 4 stars. You seldom get the chance to play games like that these days.

You mean there are more than two endings (one being the "you and that assistant guy escape to the mountains" ending)?

There's at least whole bonus cave and final-final boss. Not sure if the endings are different if Curly lives/dies. I imagine there's a slightly different ending if Curly lives and if you beat the hell cave.

Yes there is more , you got the bad ending. I believe theres at least 3 endings to this game.

*spoilers maybe*

1. early bail out

2.jump off the island

3. kill secret dungeon dude <--(balos in the sacred grounds - Very Very hard, you need lots of skill to complete)
