All of the artists here are working on this right now. We decided to do old school horror themes for our lots. I chose Amityville, just because I liked that movie /images/graemlins/smile.gif
It's a bit smaller than the actual house of course, but oh well.

I should have it all textured by the end of the day tomorrow.

The bright greeny is just man-size ref.

I'll post another pic when my site is back up..
Unfortuneatly, there aren't any pictures of the house from other angles. All of the new photos I've found, don't even have the signature 'eye' windows anymore - they've been remodeled. The other sides are basically just more windows, that's it.

**edit: Figures, as soon as I speak of it, my website starts working again :P
I'm going to rework the mesh a bit, and post a new pic in a little while.

Creativity doesn't help when you're going for authenticity! /images/graemlins/smile.gif
I decided to remove all of the inset edges of the windows, which lost a lot of detail, but gave me back 450 tris or so. I'll be putting it to better use, in other places /images/graemlins/smile.gif

**edit - it should be working, GX.

great work, really well done. I especially like what you did with the glows and lighting for the beauty renders.

That's truley wicked. Amazing texturing.
Question: Was that very pre-planned out? or figure out as you go?

Thanks!
Our entire art team decided to do this, and our director said we should do a horror theme. I looked online and found this (http://www.amityvillemurders.com/portraits/frontg.jpg) pic, and just went from there. Granted, I changed some things to make it my own, but it's still pretty authentic.
