That's a very strange quote. Even though I've never seen it, I'm going to guess "The Animal" staring Rob Schneider. It seems like a quote that would fit with that (lame) movie.

this is a FUCKING hard one, so a clue is probably in order ... the line is said by an absolute platinum-cast screen god, literally a legend in his own lifetime. Seriously doing himself down while also bigging himself up. I dunno. I'm confused about it meself ...
