View Full Version : Problem linking skin to model

I'm brand spanking new to this whole skinning thing so bear with me. My first, and current skinning tool is NPherno's Skin Tool v0.9b3 (Note: there's no help file). I have a weapon here for Quake2 (.md2) and a texture. I can get the program to automatically load the skin when I load the model so it seems like the model is linked to it but when I load it up in Quake 2, the skin is replaced with the default red and black texture. /images/graemlins/frown.gif

There is a help guide. I wrote it (damn, that was a long time ago). It's stored on fileplanet, but I can't check, because I can't log in.
