according to the modern internet, there's actually two versions ... i assume this is like the two versions of Star Wars ("It's secure" / "the doors locked" etc)

I assume that the 'fucker' version was the original, and the 'father' version was the 'edited for TV' version.

yea on the directors cut its "fucker"(just pulled out the dvd to check) the regular one was "father"(referring to Batty's creator, Tyrell for both words)
