We are happy to announce that COR Project will be releasing its first version to the public on June 24th of 2005. We are planning to have five COR servers up and running by that time (2 East, 2 West, and 1 Mid-West).

But that is not all; we are also having a live streaming presentation and launch party! If you are in the Phoenix, Arizona area on June 24th come to the University of Advancing Technology to be a part of the live streaming presentation and LAN launch. There will be food and prizes, who doesn’t want free food and prizes? We will also be announcing our winners for an upcoming map contest. Prizes and rules will be posted soon, but you can bug us more in the COR Project forums.

So be at UAT at 1:30 PM for the presentation and 3:00 PM for the LAN party. Please contact Nick Herring @ nick@corproject.com if you plan on attending with “COR Release Party” as the subject. We do have a limit of people that can attend, SO SIGN UP EARLY.

If you cannot attend the Release Party but really want to, hop on one of the COR servers around 1:30 PM Pacific Time to be a part of the live demonstration. The streaming video and contest details will be posted soon.

Congrats on the first release!
Is this a MOD or a full game?
I checked out the images of the characters and vehicles and planes on your site and I really like the style of everything.

It is a MOD for UT2k4.

Thanks for the heads up about the linux installer. I am sure that we would have remembered that 2 hours before release. /images/graemlins/wink.gif

Thanks for the feedback guys, if you have time, let the rest of our team know at our forums (http://forums.corproject.com).

Thanks again.
