Ok so I'm back out in the land of the rising sun.
Looks like I have no other choice, but to fill this space.

Big fan of this colouring technique, so I did another sketch, and actually bothered to put some time into it. Ran out of paper though, so he could be wearing pink wellies for all I know.

Great style! Goes right along with what I know of your stuff. Can you post some links to more examples? -- you say you're a big fan, so there must be stuff out there. Thanks!

I agree with what everyone else has said: excellent style and sense of movement.

I'm gonna have to put more thought into the swords. I actually own 3 katana swords, and sliding them into my belt weighs a tonne! Imagine that with armour on also. Phew!
thanks for the comments. I may need some help when it comes to rigging the model, any takers? /images/graemlins/frown.gif
hawken, maybe you're just not as supremely physically trained as a real samurai? :P

I'm not going to get time to model this, because I've just been contacted to make a model (FOR MONEY SO BECAME MORE IMPORTANT) I've had a few pm's but all can say is a general "go for it!" because I doubt I'll get time to do anything more on this project.
he has a white wig/mane, his clothes are baggy, he is short. He wears two swords, both on the left. The armour is black with red inlines and his clothes are blue with white patterns. I can supply the Japanese patterns when the time comes /images/graemlins/wink.gif
I like the look. Reminds me a lot of Garuda in Capcom's Street Fighter EX games.
It's like a ninja/samurai crossbreed...
