i like it! has a nice attitude about him.

though i thought rabbits had shorter muzzles. i like the hair and am glad you didnt go with the kinda cliche with the ears put up.

the weapon looks a little plain right now. i think you need to do somethign to it to give it a bit more personality.

thanks snemmy. i tried a shorter muzzle first and didn't like it. i agree about the weapon. I believe the normally have a piece of cloth attached just before the blade. that may help.

what's a sakai? whatever it is, no I'm not...I guess. this idea came from the last samurai, the easter bunny, and my goal to not resemble anyone else's entry.

Stan Sakai is a comic book creator, and his most famous creation is Usagi Yojimbo, the samurai rabbit. He's been doing the comic for about 20 years now, and I assumed you were familiar with his work, considering the concept.

Wow...never heard of it. Looks like I'm 20 years too late. What's really strange is I almost decided to name my character "Usagi", because I found that it's the Japanese word for "rabbit". But the R's sound better to me. Kinda like Roger Rabbit, and Bugs Bunny. At first I thought you were calling me a drunk, as in Sake.
