Vectorman would make a neat model for UT2004. He basically consists of a bunch of little floating orbs, making up some sort of magnetic robot.

I did this for hl and ut already (the hl version got bundled in hammy-bob mod, the ut version never released)

Maybe i'll make a ut2k4 version, it's very easy.
