The Opera (http://opera.redeemedsoft.com) has recently moved over to Valve's Source engine.
Since moving from Half-Life (where we had two public releases) and Unreal Tournament 2003 (canned - internal releases only) we lost some vital members of our development team.
Namely, a talented player modeller and weapon skinner.

We require a player modeller to recreate our concept characters at a budget of 6000-8000 polygons per character (we plan on using LOD - and also have a low player cap).
Player skinning is a mandatory characteristic with model animation acting as a bonus. Knowledge of Valve's Face Poser is also a much desired bonus.
Examples of said concepts are below (albeit old).

We also require a weapon skinner to skin our many (already created) weapon models (real world weapons such as the Beretta M92FS).
Any bump/normal map experience is much appreciated, as is any animating experience.
Examples of some of our weapon models are below.
