i´m working on this head now a wile but at least i think it can be showen now

I won´t use the smoothed version for the model.. just for toying with semi high poly

and so the mesh-flow is still a mess.. but i will fix this later..

i think that the nostrils r too thick, specifically their outer sides. it should pretty much line up with the beginning of the eye

the ear is a little far back, i believe

the corners of the mouth could probably use a little tweak too, i think its the way the lower lip joins in.

also, his back neck could probably be thicker

its a good job so far, lets see u work on it a little more
