Tis a WIP, but here's the basic concept, no frills, but I'm adding other things to the uniform (pistol holster, various packs, goggles, combat knife, etc.

when i read the title i didnt expect to see such a human looking dillo.
shouldnt it be a small cute looking thing?
I'd say throw in another edge loop on its snout. This character is really awesome... can't wait to see him skinned!

Looking really nice man. My initial critique, is that the face is a bit undefined for the amount of polies you seem to have in it. The eye should probably be a geosphere instead to lower the amount of polies, and the snout has too many edges going up and down the length, and not enough traveling around the snout, if that makes any sense. The wrists should have a double loop, to make bending his hand look good when you rig him up. Also I think you could probably cut a lot of polies by making the fingers not quite so many edges going up and down, they looke like they are six sided? 5 would be plenty on the thumb index and pinky, and 4 would be good for the middle finger.
Great idea, and I can't wait to see it skinned.
