As you can see, it was meshsmooth. Didn't put much
time into it.I should just delete the mouth, theres
no use for it, and it would cut some polys.It was
just ment to be a fun little project XD.

What's that little point at the top of his head? Are there some unwelded verts or something? Even at a pole, it doesn't seem like there should be a point like that. Hmm.

Yea /images/graemlins/tongue.gif. I don't plan to put it in any game.
If i put it ingame i will give it some
stuff, like the hat and weapons, stuff like
that. I mainly wanted to use it for renders.
I love cel-shade rendering. I can do alot
of stuff with this base model, time to pimp

Its not low poly so whats the point of getting rid of the mouth? You should set up some morph tagets (or however you do it these days) for lip synch..
looks like it might warp the eyes when you do it though,

His arms look a bit blocky (well, not in the poly sense but shape-wise), try smoothing out the loops there a bit. The mouth should stay like that, after all what is Kirby when he cannot open his mouth to swallow enemies?
haha this is awesome! The celshaded version looks identical to the cartoon/game character. Man, good job. Don't lose the mouth either I think it looks good (celshaded and in the wireframe).
EDIT: Noticed his head has a little point on the top of it /images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Actually if you're going to keep doing things with this guy you'll need that mouth fully modeled and deformable. I'd like to see an animation of him inhaling and digesting the power of one of those little knight helmet guys.
That would be cool XD. But I dont think i have
the skill to do that. Im not exactley pro, like
everyone aroudn here /images/graemlins/tongue.gif. But i did change his
face skin to make him look mad, just for fun.
