3d low poly modeler requiered

We´re looking for someone to help out with some of the models for our game. The characters you´ll work with are similar(in style) to the one below, and are expected to have less than 2000 polygons, we wopuld privide ilustrations as these ones for each character, your work would consist in modeling, texturing and animating certain actions for each character and payment would be arranged acording to the complexity of the character.
