IPhysique problem

Wondered if anybody here could help me out with this. When I place the IPhysique.gup file in the plug-ins folder and try to load max it says it failed to initialize. The specified module cannot be found. Wondered if anybody else has had the same problem with this plug-in and how to fix it.

You probably trying to use the wrong version of th plug-in in a more updated version of max. You can visit sparks.discreet.com for the right version.

Actually I grabbed the plug-in from that site and I didn't get that window popping up when I loaded max but I still don't know how to load it up and use it inside of max. Couldn't find much documentation on that plug-in anywhere.
