Flip flopper?

I just have a website for anyone that claimed that Kerry was a flip-flopper:

There is no "liberal spin" on these quotes, it is simply a list of quotes from Bush and the dates on which he said them.

How is Bush "steadfast in his beliefs"? I realize that some of these have changed because of 9/11, but many of them are related to "core values" that he has changed over his political career.
