Create your skin files using SkinStudio from Stardock
Skin files should be created using SkinStudio from Stardock. A special ATI version is available for download. To see how your skin will look when applied to the CATALYST™ Control Center, just drop the new skin directory into the following location (assuming the CATALYST Control Center was installed to the C drive) – “C:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\skins\”
