Yeah, not alot of 3D stuff, been doing alot of traditional work lately with the paints and good old pencil, though I havem`t done much in the past couple weeks at all because I'm so lazy. Hopefully some of you guys remember me/know who I am. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

that emotional mind field shirt rocks!
i really like the 'agony cloud' thing, that could be its own shirt /images/graemlins/smile.gif likewise with the guy and the arrow (no sign or cloud).
cool stuff /images/graemlins/smile.gif

great to see you posting on the new board, pezz, it looks like you've really been boning up on your traditional skills, which is a great sign. i didn't get into oil painting until i was at college. i like the oils and the shirt designs very much; my only crit would be that on the oils, one of my art professor would be screaming at you for the 'feathery' termination of the shirt collars on the dylan and self-portrait. you've got the heads oddly cropped on the canvas for one thing, but i think that works pretty well; what you need to do is visually complete the shirt collars until they go off the canvas. for some things it's ok to trail off into nothingness, but especially in these case, on the dylan and self portrait, the feathering is really distracting, almost looking like a necklace of some type. you don't have to detail the shirts, just extend the field of color evenly to the edge of the canvas, so that our eye stays where it should (the nicely rendered faces) instead of on the inadvertant interest point of the collars.
but that crit aside i really do like the look of these, as well as the arbitrary color choices. the t-shirt designs have some really great linework--i like the baby pill and i echo moose's compliments on the emotional minefield design. good to see you around /images/graemlins/smile.gif

The shirts are awesome.
I like the character designs on the first page, the Bob Dylan reminds me somewhat of John Travolta... or maybe I'm blind.
