Hi guys just looking for a quick bit of advice, I am just switching from q3 mods to unreal 2004 a bit dated I know but anyway,,, I am basically looking on the standard animation listing i.e. quake 3 models have an animation.cfg with the listed movements. Does unreal feature the same and if so where can I find out ????

Many thanks

there is no external file with the animation list.

Just open up UED and the Animation browser therein. Look at the left side of the window. All 76+ sequences are listed there.

You can download a zip file containing all the characters from UT2003, complete with animations, here:
ut2k3_skeletons-allspecies.zip (http://www.fileplanet.com/dl.aspx?/planetquake/polycount/Tools/ut2k3/ut2k3_skeletons-allspecies.zip)

You need 3dsMax and Character Studio to use them, but they're a great resource to see first-hand how the characters that ship with the game were animated. I don't know if there's anything similar for 2004, but I don't think the animations have changed that much.
