Hi i was just wondering how long an applicant would have to complete the art test/ if there is a deadline for completion?

The female character doesn't have feet! I would also like to know the time-frame or deadline you guys are looking at for getting the tests submitted.

Knowing what time frame we have would be great because I would love to do this.

Looks like everyone has the same questions about the time frame. I'm in that boat as well.

btw... that concept art is freaking amazing. Hyojin Ahn is a name I won't soon forget.

is the 6500 tri/1024 budget for just the armor part of the model or the armor and skin/hair?

I applied and followed up 2 weeks later, never heard back, though I can't imagine how busy they where with all of the betas and stress tests at the time.

Just imagine the amount of entries they got, let alone from those that got fired who were senior artists, I would just wait or pretend it never happen.

But good luck anyway to all.

I just got back to working on the character last week, so I haven't even applied yet. ;) What about you, Raven? Any luck?

Hi all,
Quick update to this thread. What we are looking for now is character art interns. We filled our mid level role. I'll be posting a link on another thread for our intern roles which are 30 hours a week if in school or 40+ hours a week if out of school and are up to 12 months in length. The character art test is still required and the best way to apply is by following the directions on our blog.

Have questions? send them to jobs@arena.net or send them directly to me.

:-)
